Keukenhof Gardens

Tulips at Keukenhof

Keukenhof has eighty acres of tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, lilies, and irises. It opens in mid-March and closes for the season in mid-May. The gardens are in Lisse, Netherlands near Amsterdam. Book a ticket to the gardens in combination with a shuttle ride so that you don’t have to deal with the stress of driving.

Keukenhof has excellent facilities for picnicking in the garden. You can bring lunch, buy one, or grab a beer. The gardens are accessible, clean, and safe. The day we visited they had live music.

You can learn more about Keukenhof from their YouTube channel.
